This piece was created during a live painting event. I arrived with no plan, just the intention to flow with whatever came through in the moment. As I painted, I realized I had no control over how the work would take shape. Instead of resisting, I surrendered to the process. Each stroke became an act of trust, allowing intuition and spontaneity to lead the way.
The painting unfolded naturally, raw and unfiltered an honest reflection of being present and letting go. That’s why I called it Out of Control, a reminder that sometimes the most authentic creations emerge when we release the need to control the outcome.
